Refund Policy

All services provided by Movelia Therapy are non-refundable once a treatment has been delivered. Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments or late cancellations.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full. If a payment has been made in advance and the appointment is cancelled within the required notice period, the amount may be refunded or credited at our discretion.
