Start your day with a personalised massage at our Old Street clinic. Your therapist will adapt the pressure and focus areas to your needs, helping ease muscle tension or support recovery after exercise.

Give yourself a proper break from your desk. A tailored massage to work on tight muscles, ease the tension of a busy week and give you time to unwind.
Available Monday to Friday at selected lunchtime appointments. Check the booking calendar for eligible times.

Prefer a different time or a longer session? Our regular treatments are available too, including Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Injury Rehab Massage and Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage.
