Movelia Therapy maintains clear professional boundaries and follows ethical and clinical standards in line with UK practice.
Right to Terminate a Session
Movelia Therapy reserves the right, at its sole discretion and in the professional judgment of the treating therapist or the Company, to terminate a treatment session with immediate effect where it is considered that continuing the session would compromise the safety, wellbeing, dignity, or professional standards of either the client or the therapist. This includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually suggestive, violent, fraudulent, or otherwise unacceptable conduct, refusal to comply with reasonable instructions, or any behaviour that causes the therapist to reasonably believe that their safety or wellbeing may be at risk.
Where a session is terminated under these circumstances, the treatment shall be deemed to have been completed, no refund shall be payable, and the full treatment fee shall remain due.
Movelia Therapy reserves the right to retain, review, and, where appropriate or required by law, disclose any information relevant to the incident, including, without limitation, CCTV footage (where available), booking records, identification details, communications, and any other relevant evidence, to the police or any other competent regulatory, investigative, or law enforcement authority for the purposes of investigating suspected criminal activity, protecting the safety of staff or clients, or supporting legal or regulatory proceedings.
Movelia Therapy further reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any future appointments where a client's conduct constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions or is reasonably considered to present a risk to the safety, wellbeing, or legitimate interests of the Company, its therapists, staff, or other clients.
