Cancellation & Refund Policy

All services provided by Movelia Therapy are non-refundable once a treatment has been delivered. Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments or late cancellations.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full. If a payment has been made in advance and the appointment is cancelled within the required notice period, the amount may be refunded or credited at our discretion.

Movelia Therapy reserves the right to terminate any treatment session with immediate effect where the therapist or the Company reasonably considers that continuing the session would compromise the safety, wellbeing, dignity, or professional standards of any person involved. In such cases, the session will be deemed completed, no refund will be issued, and the full treatment fee will remain payable. Where appropriate, relevant information, including CCTV footage (where available) and other evidence relating to the incident, may be retained and disclosed to the police or other competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.
