Service Description
Exclusive treatment for EGYM Wellpass members. Enjoy a 30-minute Sports or Deep Tissue Massage focused on one specific area of the body, such as the back, neck & shoulders, or legs. Member price: £29 + EGYM Wellpass check-in. The treatment is tailored to your individual needs. Please note that the 30-minute session covers one main body area only and does not include a full-body massage. Simply check in with your EGYM Wellpass membership and pay the £29 treatment fee directly to Movelia Therapy.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and fair booking process for all clients, the following policy applies: - Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. - Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be accepted. - No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice will be considered forfeited and no refunds will be issued. - This policy applies to all appointments and services, without exception. Movelia Therapy reserves the right to terminate any treatment session with immediate effect where the therapist or the Company reasonably considers that continuing the session would compromise the safety, wellbeing, dignity, or professional standards of any person involved. In such cases, the session will be deemed completed, no refund will be issued, and the full treatment fee will remain payable. Where appropriate, relevant information, including CCTV footage (where available) and other evidence relating to the incident, may be retained and disclosed to the police or other competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.
