Service Description
Injury rehab massage is a therapeutic approach focused on supporting recovery from injuries. It helps reduce pain, improve circulation, restore mobility, and promote healing of muscles, joints, and soft tissues.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and fair booking process for all clients, the following policy applies: - Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. - Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be accepted. - No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice will be considered forfeited and no refunds will be issued. - This policy applies to all appointments and services, without exception. Movelia Therapy reserves the right to terminate any treatment session with immediate effect where the therapist or the Company reasonably considers that continuing the session would compromise the safety, wellbeing, dignity, or professional standards of any person involved. In such cases, the session will be deemed completed, no refund will be issued, and the full treatment fee will remain payable. Where appropriate, relevant information, including CCTV footage (where available) and other evidence relating to the incident, may be retained and disclosed to the police or other competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.
