Service Description
Recharge during your lunch break with our Recovery Sessions, available from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Designed for busy professionals, these sessions help reduce neck and back pain, release muscle tension from desk work, improve posture and leave you refreshed for the rest of the day. Suitable for Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Recovery Massage and general muscular recovery Valid from 1 July to 31 August 2026 30 Minutes – £39 60 Minutes – £49 Available Monday to Friday, subject to therapist availability.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and fair booking process for all clients, the following policy applies: - Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. - Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be accepted. - No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice will be considered forfeited and no refunds will be issued. - This policy applies to all appointments and services, without exception.
