Service Description

Sessions are 30 minutes in duration. Valid for all treatments (excluding Kinesio Taping). 30-minute sessions are focused on one specific area only (e.g. back, neck & shoulders, or legs). For a more comprehensive treatment, you can upgrade your appointment to 60 minutes by booking the separate "60-Minute Upgrade" service at the time of booking. Upgrades not booked in advance may be subject to availability. Please note that session time includes consultation, treatment and any necessary aftercare, and is measured from the moment you enter the treatment room until the end of your appointment (30 minutes total). As we operate with a full appointment schedule, extending your session on the day may not always be possible. To guarantee a longer treatment, please book the 60-Minute Upgrade in advance. Movelia Therapy is an independent premium private clinic. We are not owned, operated or managed by Wellhub. We collaborate with Wellhub as one of our corporate partners; however, all services, upgrades, pricing, booking conditions and clinic policies are independently set by Movelia Therapy. A valid Wellhub Diamond+ (or higher) membership and check-in are required upon arrival. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have an active eligible Wellhub membership and an available session. If a valid Wellhub check-in cannot be completed, the appointment cannot proceed under the Wellhub benefit. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy All appointments are subject to Movelia Therapy's cancellation and rescheduling policy. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or if the client is unable to complete a valid Wellhub Diamond+ (or higher) check-in on arrival, a £49 fee will be applied. If the client declines to pay the applicable fee, future bookings with Movelia Therapy may be refused or restricted at our discretion. Where appropriate, the incident may also be reported to Wellhub in accordance with our partnership policies and procedures.
