Upgrade your experience with priority access to the full Movelia Therapy schedule. Enjoy a full 60-minute treatment, choose your preferred therapist, access all available treatment types and book appointments further in advance, including premium appointment times not available through standard Wellhub availability. What's included: • Full 60-minute treatment • Access to the complete Movelia Therapy schedule • Choose your preferred therapist (subject to availability) • Access to all treatment types • Greater flexibility and priority booking access Important: • Movelia Therapy is an independent premium private clinic. We are not owned, operated or managed by Wellhub. We collaborate with Wellhub as one of our corporate partners; however, all upgrade services, pricing, booking conditions and clinic policies are independently set by Movelia Therapy. • This upgrade is exclusively available to Wellhub Diamond+ members (or higher tiers). • This is an optional upgrade service provided exclusively by Movelia Therapy. • A valid Wellhub Diamond+ (or higher) check-in is required upon arrival. • The £49 upgrade fee is payable in addition to your Wellhub session entitlement. • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have an active Wellhub membership, are on the Diamond+ tier (or above), and have an available session before booking. • If a valid Wellhub Diamond+ check-in cannot be completed, the remaining balance required to cover the standard private treatment price (£89) must be paid before the treatment can proceed. If the client chooses not to pay the remaining balance, the £49 upgrade fee is non-refundable. In this case, the appointment will be reduced to a standard 30-minute treatment only, which corresponds to the value of the £49 fee already paid. • Bookings made by clients who are not eligible for Wellhub Diamond+ (or above) will not qualify for this upgrade. The £49 upgrade fee is non-refundable, and the appointment will instead be reduced to a standard 30-minute treatment only, which corresponds to the value of the £49 fee already paid. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy All appointments are subject to Movelia Therapy's cancellation and rescheduling policy. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to complete a valid Wellhub Diamond+ (or higher) check-in, will incur a £49 fee. Failure to pay this fee may result in future bookings being restricted and the incident being reported to Wellhub.
