What should I wear for the session?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Depending on the area being treated, you may be asked to remove some clothing, but you will always be appropriately covered with towels throughout the session.
Do I need to bring anything?
No, just bring yourself. If you have any relevant medical reports, scan results, or information about a recent injury, feel free to bring them along.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive at your appointment time. If you arrive early, you may need to wait briefly as therapists are often finishing a previous session.
What should I expect when I arrive?
Movelia Therapy is located inside Nailology (Basement Level), just a short walk from Old Street Station.
During Nailology's opening hours, please enter the salon, walk downstairs, and take a seat in the waiting area. Your therapist will come to greet you when they are ready.
As we also operate outside the salon's opening hours, the main door may sometimes be closed when you arrive. In this case, please wait outside next to the Movelia Therapy sign, and your therapist will come and collect you at your appointment time.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to our cancellation policy.
What should I do if I suspect a serious injury?
If you have severe pain, significant swelling, loss of strength, numbness, difficulty bearing weight, or symptoms following a serious accident, we recommend seeking medical advice from your GP, NHS 111, A&E, or another appropriate healthcare professional before booking a massage. Massage therapy is not a substitute for urgent medical assessment.
