This service is strictly for Wellhub members.
Service Description
Sessions are 30 minutes in duration. Valid for Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, and Rehabilitation treatments. 30-minute sessions are focused on one specific area only (e.g. back, neck & shoulders, or legs). To extend your session to 60 minutes for a more comprehensive treatment, please book the separate “60min Upgrade” service (+£40) when making your appointment. Upgrades not booked in advance may be subject to availability. Please note that session time includes consultation, treatment, and any necessary aftercare, and is measured from the moment you enter the room until the end of your appointment (30 minutes total). As we operate with a full schedule, extending sessions on the day may not always be possible. For a longer treatment, please book the 60-minute session. A valid Wellhub membership is required on arrival. Non-Wellhub bookings will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and fair booking process for all clients, the following policy applies: - Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. - Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be accepted. - No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice will be considered forfeited and no refunds will be issued. - This policy applies to all appointments and services, without exception.
